Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our client base

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, such as brokers and agents

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns

• Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales

• Proven track record of success in sales management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
