Job Description

Good organisational and people skills are essential for success as an agency manager. Appropriate agency managers should be able to uplift and encourage their staff while preserving the positive reputation of the organisation. All facets of an agency are overseen and coordinated by agency managers. To make sure that goals are reached, they collaborate with clients and agents.

Positions and duties:

-Find and educate fresh agents.

– Evaluate performance and create plans of action.

-Build trusting bonds with employees and customers.

-Make sure that every employee manages their time well.

-Accompany employees in adhering to agency rules, procedures, and policies.

– Strong people and leadership abilities.

-A superb time manager.

-Great networking ability.

-The capacity to work on several projects at once

-Taught clients about available goods and services.

-Earned bonuses and incentives for over exceeding sales goals.

 

Candidate Requirement:

-Education: Any Graduate.

-1+ year experience any sales field.

-AGE : 21 to 38 Years.
