Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Creating sales and hitting predetermined goals for sales will be the territory sales manager’s responsibility.
– Apart from fostering and preserving connections with current distributors, he or she must also locate and suggest the appointment of new distributors.
– The position will also involve creating sales plans, making ensuring that sales operations run well, and disseminating sales information and market intelligence.
– In order to assume charge of sales, the Territory Sales Manager will work closely with the CEO. Together, they will assemble the required team and integrate well with the current one.
– Create sales plans that work for the region.
– Will also handle the reconciliation of payments and receivables.
– Will actively collaborate with the accounting department to track sales and accounts receivable statistics.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
