The goal of channel sales managers’ connections with clients and partners is to maximise income from such accounts. They find important prospective partners and high-value leads, then devise plans to turn those contacts into benefit.
Job Roles;
– Create and preserve a solid rapport with important agencies
– Offer assistance and training to agency partners
-Put strategies into action to promote profitability and growth.
-Examine industry trends and pinpoint business prospects
-Work together with cross-functional groups to create and carry out sales plans.
– Thorough understanding of the insurance sector
-Proficient in both leadership and communication
-Proficient in analysis and problem-solving skills
– Establish a relationship of trust between the client and the team.
Requirement:
– A minimum of two years’ experience in any field sales and marketing
-Requirements: Graduation is required.
– CTC: 3.8LPA+ attractive incentives
– AGE : 21 to 38 Years
