Duties and Responsibility:
-Forms effective working connections with clients.
-Builds a strong team lists.
-To find qualified candidates to be insurance advisors.
-Encouraging the advisers to meet the company’s sales goal.
-Good communication skill.
-Generates Manage and oversee the advisers’ performance and offer on-the-job training.
-Managing ties with interested parties.
-Retain tenacity for the policies that the advisory team has acquired in order to maximise the team’s overall profitability.
Types of Jobs: Permanent, Full-Time
Experience: A minimum of one year of field sales-related job experience.
Salary: ₹380000 year
Education: Any graduate is qualified.
Age range: 21–38 years.
