Job Description
Position and Obligations:
• By providing marketing and sales information, one can attain operational goals related to sales and marketing.
• Develops and completes an action plan for marketing.
• By projecting needs and creating yearly budgets, it achieves marketing and sales budgetary goals.
• Manage complete sales by converting leads and making sure they are closed.
• Respond quickly and competently to questions, complaints, and difficulties from customers.
• Recognise and compile the demands of the client, then work with the research team to deliver the suggestions or drafts that best meet their objectives.
• In order to maximise revenue generation, negotiate and conclude business deals, concentrate on pipeline initiatives, and attempt to close as many deals as you can.
• Meet sales goals as a team and individually.
• Determining the team’s open spot.
• Maintains regular visits to key accounts in order to maintain relations.
• By gathering, examining, and condensing data and trends, it provides information.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
