Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective consumers who have expressed interest in your products, get to know their needs, and turn them into paying clients.

• Actively pursue prospects and clients to guarantee a seamless sales process and respond to any questions or issues they could have.

• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring bonds with clients by offering first-rate assistance and service.

• To successfully convey value propositions to customers, stay abreast of product offers, services, and industry trends.

• Reach or surpass the company’s performance benchmarks and sales targets.

• Use CRM software to keep precise records of all interactions with customers, sales endeavours, and results.

• Find fresh business prospects and produce leads.

• To improve the sales team’s performance, give them support and training.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
