Job Description

Oversee and manage a team of outside sales representatives (OSRs) who work with insurance agents.

Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets and goals for the team.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance.
  • Provide coaching, support, and motivation to OSRs.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the Indian insurance market and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
