Job Description

To increase life insurance sales through agency partners, we are looking for a field sales manager. This position entails building agency partnerships, managing a field sales staff, and using creative approaches to meet growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and inspire the field sales group to surpass their goals.
• Identify and manage agency partners.
• Optimize performance and put data-driven sales tactics into practice.
• Compile market research and modify plans as necessary.
• Maintain compliance and create reports on performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent market understanding, communication, and leadership skills.
• Its degree is a bachelor’s.
• One to two years of sales experience.
• Thorough understanding of agency operations and life insurance products.
• You need to be a local resident.
