Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Study Indian sports and arts academies through both online and offline research.

• Make contact with customers to encourage the use of our goods and services and to increase sales.

• Provide clients with usage training for our goods and services, and manage any escalated issues.

• Work together with the tech and product teams to improve and advance the product.

• Create and preserve ties with influential decision-makers at potential client companies.

• Develop and tailor sales materials and offerings for corporate clients in conjunction with the marketing and product teams.

• Assist internal teams in order to guarantee client retention and satisfaction.

• Make a good number of in-person appointments for the day by actively engaging with potential prospects.

• Create and preserve relationships with customers by giving them outstanding service and responding to their questions.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
