Function and obligations:
• Recognize the new items’ specifications and make a good impression on the dealers.
• Inform prospective corporate about reducing learning and development expenses, boosting talent retention, and coordinating organizational objectives with employees’ upskilling objectives.
• To foster positive relationships, organize and invite important corporate decision-makers to conferences with academic experts.
• Build and maintain connections with influential decision-makers at both prospective and current training facilities.
• To guarantee strategy alignment, thoroughly evaluate prospective corporates.
• Get an in-depth grasp of market dynamics, competitiveness, and business models.
• Keep up with advances in the market, rival products, and industry trends.
• Work together with the marketing group to execute campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Closely collaborate with the group to accomplish predetermined recovery goals and support departmental objectives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
