Field Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To locate, find, and seize both immediate and long-term business prospects.

• To expand business prospects within both existing and potential clientele in line with the sales plan.

• To maintain client retention through meeting consumers’ continuing expectations.

• Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as developing proposals, service agreements, prospects, and markets.

• Monitor the field team’s daily operations, mentor, train, and inspire them to meet both personal and organizational goals.

• Developing the necessary abilities in subordinates by giving them instruction on items, sales techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques.

• Checks in with clients to ensure they are happy with the product.

• Proactively locating potential clients, getting in touch with them, and following up on sales leads.

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
