Responsibilities:
• Mediate bargaining procedures and advise clients on pricing and market circumstances.
• Offer customers advice and consultation so they may buy real estate at the best price with the best terms.
• Recognize the needs of your clients and provide solutions that work best for them.
Setting up an Engagement Meeting with the Pre-Selected Prospects. providing HNI clients with outstanding, individualized service while demonstrating, advising, and closing deals.
• Converting prospects into buyers by showcasing suitable primary residential properties that meet the prospects’ investment requirements.
• To determine a property’s value, do a comparative market analysis.
Collaborate closely with the internal CRM team to provide seamless post-purchase support.
• Develop relationships based on mutual respect, trust, effective communication, execution excellence, innovation promotion, customer-centeredness, teamwork, creative problem-solving, and high integrity.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
