Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Objective To increase sales of insurance, cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with banking partners.
• Reach sales goals by using a variety of channels to promote insurance products.
• Provide assistance and training to bank employees so they may cross-sell clients on health insurance products.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to the issuing of policies and post-purchase support.
• To expand business prospects within both existing and potential clientele in line with the sales plan.
• To ensure that customers’ continuing expectations are fulfilled in order to maintain client retention.
• Overseeing all daily sales operations, including prospecting, market development, service agreements, and proposals.
• Track and evaluate sales results to make sure they are profitable and growing.
• Assist clients with product-related questions and concerns by offering technical knowledge and direction throughout the sales process.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales lor marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
