Job Description

As a Field Sales Manager, you are responsible for understanding the needs of prospective customers. A field sales manager in an agency channel manages a group of sales representatives who work in the field or remotely.

Roles & Responsibility:

– Sales strategy implementation to attract the customer.

Recruit and train the team to build a high-performing sales team.

Identifying the needs and requirements of the customers.

Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, provide support, and close sales.

Train and develop team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Collect information about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications:

graduation from a recognized university.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and management.

experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

willingness to travel frequently for field visits and customer meetings.
