Job Description
Responsibilities:
• To determine selling opportunities and assess client demands, conduct market research.
• Take the lead in assembling, educating, and growing a top-notch group of individuals committed to finding and completing business.
• Using cold calling, networking, and channel sales, actively look for new sales prospects.
• Call prospective customers in for meetings, pay attention to their needs and wants, and get the things they need from the list of stores that are in stock.
• Develop and implement monthly and quarterly business plans in conjunction with cross-functional teams that are customized to the particulars of each city market.
• Work together with the sales team in Agartala to produce better outcomes.
• In addition, obtain input from clients or potential clients and distribute it to internal groups.
• Creating leads, getting to know customers, and welcoming them on board.
• The onboarding of clients being activated,
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
