Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our insurance agencies within your designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents in your area.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet assigned sales targets for new business and policy renewals.
- Conduct regular sales presentations and product training sessions for agents.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance agents’ sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agencies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to create effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
