Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support in locating and contacting possible clients; Participate in in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
• Work in groups to create sales presentations, gather client data, and pursue leads.
• Take part in market research, product demonstrations, relationship-building, and database maintenance.
• Help in creating predictions and reports on sales; meet sales goals; and cultivate connections with clients.
• Convert leads, cultivate clientele, close deals, offer goods and services, and greet and assist walk-in clients.
• Manage product and service sales, cross-selling, upselling, and business development from current clients.
• Learn about all of the company’s offerings and attend the mandatory sales training sessions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
