Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• The successful candidate will be in charge of growing our customer base, hitting sales goals, and boosting sales in the domestic market.
• The ideal applicant will have both B2B sales experience and a solid understanding of chemical goods.
• Locate and cultivate fresh business prospects, Achieve and surpass sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Manage customer relationships.
• Offer the management team advice and insights to improve sales and strategy.
Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to reach agreements that will benefit all parties.
• Oversee the whole sales cycle, from order taking to delivery, making sure that client orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Keep complete and accurate records of all sales operations, contacts with customers, and contracts.
• Create and deliver projections, market analyses, and sales reports on a regular basis to the sales manager.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
