Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team of a leading insurance company. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of field sales representatives, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, fostering relationships with clients, and ensuring that the team delivers exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the insurance market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of field sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
  Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that align with business goals, market demands, and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.
• Sales Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales skills of the team and improve product knowledge.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize sales budget, including forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of Proven experience in sales management.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and client meetings.
