Functions and Accountabilities:
• Locating, overseeing, and gaining business from market channels
• Maintaining a quality portfolio via reducing rejection and delinquency
• Broad awareness and comprehension of retail’s resources, offerings, business practices, and current market trends
• Recognizing shifting market trends, creating new channels for business acquisition, and offering top-notch customer support
• To promote operational efficiencies and superior customer service, suggest changes to procedures and guidelines within the retail banking industry.
• Find and pursue new business prospects while preserving connections with current customers.
• To find trends and expansion prospects, perform market research and analysis.
• Work together with the marketing group to produce persuasive presentations and sales collateral.
• Use Microsoft Excel and additional sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
