Job Description
Functions and Accountabilities:
• Demonstrate a thorough awareness of both our basic product line and other bespoke offerings on behalf of our organization.
• By properly planning, establishing sales targets, evaluating performance information, and forecasting future performance, you may accomplish company goals.
• Every pre- and post-sale activity results in an order inquiry and payment follow-up.
• Oversee follow-up, generate inquiries, make offers, and continue to follow up until the order is closed.
• To create and sustain a high-performing team, sales engineers should be coached, counseled, and inspired.
• Expected to offer the customer the first technical know-how for the problem they are facing, followed by a comprehensive solution.
• Provide technical know-how to convert quotes into sales while sending them to clients.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
