Functions and Accountabilities:
• Oversee, motivate, and lead a group of sales professionals to meet sales goals.
• Create and implement sales strategy to promote market expansion and revenue growth.
• Perform forecasting, territory planning, and sales performance analysis.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, such as those in product development, marketing, and customer service.
• Give the sales team product expertise, mentoring, and training.
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with important clients, such as surgeons, hospital managers, and buying decision-makers.
• Keep abreast with new product innovations, competition activities, and industry trends.
• By keeping, expanding, and attracting attendees within your zone, you may consistently surpass sales targets.
• Work together amongst Gartner sales teams to generate leads, sales, and excellent client connections.
• Utilize territory-specific sales and account management procedures to meet yearly revenue quota targets.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
