Responsibilities:
• To advertise solar goods and services, make cold calls to prospective customers.
• Recognize client needs and offer suitable recommendations and solutions.
• Identify and create new business prospects via networking and conducting market research.
• Establish and preserve connections with prospective customers through consistent correspondence and product showcases.
• Coach and mentor young salespeople, imparting skills and knowledge to improve their sales results.
• Support a culture of excellence and ongoing development by helping to create a cooperative and upbeat team atmosphere.
• Offer continuous customer service by answering technical questions, finding quick solutions to problems, and making sure customers are satisfied.
• Get input from customers to determine where goods, services, and sales procedures need to be improved.
• Establish and maintain connections with clients to guarantee enduring business.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
