Job Description
Duties and Positions:
• Educates distributors and salespeople in certain areas.
• To provide stock reports and product inventories, serving as a liaison between the distributor and the company.
• Presenting business products and increasing brand recognition by visiting both current and prospective clients in a designated sales territory.
• Tracking the effectiveness of the sales force and encouraging members to reach or surpass sales goals.
• To oversee sales representatives on a daily basis and offer direction when required.
• Responds to employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in line with corporate policy.
• Continually connects with the account’s primary contacts and keeps an eye on active accounts.
• Strives for a higher rate of sales growth in the territory, as set by the company.
• mostly to work with sales leaders.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
