Responsibilities:
• Use leads that the organization shares to convert leads and create business.
• Expand current clientele and cultivate new ones to achieve the Direct-revenue Management’s set revenue and profitability targets.
• Maintain a database that is up to date and accurate with target, existing, and potential customers.
• By effectively leading the sales team, you may reach sales goals and achieve growth.
• Create and carry out a comprehensive business plan that increases the company’s clientele and guarantees its robust presence.
• Setting goals, providing coaching, and keeping track of sales reps’ performance
• By collaborating with customers and learning about their needs, you may establish and foster enduring connections with them.
• Report sales, income, and expenses to the management team and provide them with accurate projections.

Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
