Description
The Field Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by leveraging the agency network effectively. This role involves driving sales, recruiting new agents, providing ongoing support and training, and ensuring the overall performance and growth of the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and train new insurance agents to grow the distribution network.
- Drive and support agents to meet sales goals, promoting the company’s insurance products.
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Track and evaluate agent performance, offering support and solutions for underperformance.
- Build strong relationships with agents, addressing queries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure agents adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Provide regular sales and performance reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit and train new agents effectively.
