Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans to meet regional targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
Ensure effective sales operations, including inventory management and timely deliveries.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve set goals.
Knowledge of sales tracking tools and CRM software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
