A Field Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team that operates in the field, typically engaging with customers directly, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that sales plans are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- Set clear expectations, targets, and performance KPIs for the field sales team.
- Promote the company’s products and services effectively while meeting customer needs.
- Track and report on field sales performance, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
Required Candidate profile :
- Qualification : Graduate
- Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales
- Age : Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
- Must be Local
