Job Description
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve their objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to promote the company’s products and services.
• Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
