Job Description
A field sales manager manages a group of sales representatives who work in the field.
Must:
- Two or more years in any sales.
- 24 years old to 38 years old.
- Must have own bike and licenses.
- Ability to build and lead Team.
- Responsible for training, monitoring, and motivating their sales team.
Roles:
- Train new sales representatives and provide ongoing training as needed
- Ensure that sales representatives are meeting their sales targets and following protocols
- Encourage and motivate the sales team
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the business’s sales objectives
- Set sales targets and manage the sales pipeline
- Manage the sales budget
