Job Description

A field sales manager manages a group of sales representatives who work in the field.

Location  : Guwahati 

Must:

• Two or more years in any sales.
• 24 years old to 38 years old.
• Must have own bike and licenses.
• Ability to build and lead Team.
• Responsible for training, monitoring, and motivating their sales team.
  Roles:
• Train new sales representatives and provide ongoing training as needed
• Ensure that sales representatives are meeting their sales targets and following protocols
• Encourage and motivate the sales team
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve the business’s sales objectives
• Set sales targets and manage the sales pipeline
• Manage the sales budget
• Report on sales activity
