Job Description

Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives who sell products or services directly to customers in a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business goals.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise field sales representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure the team meets assigned quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in sales
  • Strong leadership, negotiation
  • Willingness to travel extensively
