A field sales manager are responsible for training the sales team, executing marketing plans, and ensuring that sales targets are met.

• 2+Years of sales experiences in any sector.
• Age Criteria:24 to 38.
• Fix CTC + Incentive
• Must be local

Responsibilities :

• Define sales objectives and outline how to achieve them
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Ensure sales representatives comply with protocols and meet sales targets
• Manage the sales budget and pipeline
• Develop training programs for sales representatives
• Motivate the sales team to generate leads and build client relationships
