The Field Sales Manager is responsible for equipping the sales team with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to succeed. The trainer will develop comprehensive training programs, conduct sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team.
- Develop materials such as training manuals, presentations, and eLearning modules.
- Conduct individual coaching sessions to address performance gaps and develop skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate them into training materials.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with sales goals and objectives.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any field.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to different learning styles.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
