A Field Sales Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives who work primarily outside the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and lead generation
- Presenting the company’s solutions and services to potential clients
- Collaborating with the technical team to develop proposals and presentations
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is must
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with new people daily
- Comfortable working outdoors and on the move
