Field Sales Manager

About the Role:

We’re hiring dynamic professionals to join our growing Field Sales Manager . If you have a passion for sales, enjoy mentoring others, and love the idea of building your own network of advisors, this role is for you! You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of agents to drive business growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard potential advisors/agents from your network or the open market.
Equip agents with product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques.
Drive sales through the agent network and meet assigned targets (monthly/quarterly).
Motivate and monitor agent performance to ensure sustained productivity.
Support agents in client meetings, joint calls, and closing business deals.
Maintain regular reports on activity and sales; ensure all agents follow compliance norms.

Who Can Apply:
1 to 5 years of sales/marketing experience (insurance, BFSI, FMCG, direct sales preferred).
Experience in recruiting and managing a team is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to take ownership.
Graduation is mandatory.
