This role involves direct field interaction with customers, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales territory by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
- 2-6 years’ experience in field sales or sales management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
