Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Field Sales Manager to manage company-provided leads, communicate the value of insurance plans, and drive sales through client-focused meetings and customized financial presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads generated by the company.
Engage with prospective clients and promote suitable insurance products.
Clearly explain policy details and tailor solutions based on client needs.
Highlight key features and advantages of insurance offerings.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture client interest.
Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with potential customers.
Develop personalized presentations aligned with the client’s financial capacity.
Execute planned field visits and customer interactions to drive conversions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation is mandatory:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, across any industry.
At least 3 years of experience in the local or home territory.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
