Field Sales Manager

Job Description

We are hiring energetic and confident Junior Sales Representatives to join our field sales team. Your main role will be to visit in field, shops, retailers, and potential clients in your area and convert them into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

– Daily visits to market, stores, wholesalers, and corporate gift vendors

– Show and explain our product catalogue.

– follow up, and manage customer relationships

– Report daily work progress to sales head

– Collect payments and ensure proper documentation

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

– 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
