Job Summary:
We’re seeking a results-driven Field Sales Manager to handle life insurance sales via the agency model. The role focuses on agent onboarding, development, and driving consistent sales performance. Preference for local candidates with a strong field presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and develop life insurance agents.
• Motivate agents to achieve individual sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and market activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Submit performance reports and forecasts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in agency/field sales.
• Knowledge of insurance sales preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
• Good local network and understanding of regional markets.
