As Field Sales Manager  Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field executives and advisors. Your key objective will be to drive business acquisition through innovative field strategies, team leadership, and local market intelligence.

 Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of field sales executives and financial advisors.
  • Track team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and review meetings to monitor ground-level execution.
  • Strengthen agency development through motivation, training, and performance improvement plans.

 Qualification & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven team management experience with strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
