We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manage to join our Agency Channel team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of field sales executives and agents.
- Monitor team KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Present insurance solutions tailored to client profiles
- Support cross-functional initiatives with sales operations and marketing.
- Provide field support to agents to help them meet sales targets.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Possess a good knowledge of your local market and customer needs.
- Are comfortable working on the field and meeting clients face-to-face.
- Ability to explain and convince customers
- Target-oriented and motivated
