Job Functions: 

  • Scout and recruit local talent to work as insurance advisors.
  • Motivate and coach the team to drive insurance sales.
  • Handle field visits, customer interactions, and closure processes.
  • Track team sales and provide regular reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Must be a Graduate (any stream).
  • 2+ years of experience in any B2C sales or marketing.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
