Job Description

Field Sales Manager for selling imported insurance policies. Would prefer someone who has some experience in this field Sales. Must also have basic knowledge For Local Area.

CTC: 3.15  LPA + Incentive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through field visits
• Pitch products and services effectively
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ year of experience in field sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
