CTC: ₹3.70 LPA + Incentives
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales & Marketing (BFSI/Life Insurance)

Role Overview: 
As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of field sales personnel and insurance advisors, ensuring business growth, smooth operations, and compliance within the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Analyze market trends and sales data for informed decision-making.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance across multiple locations.

 
Skills & Requirements: 

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Local market knowledge (Nagpur & nearby areas).
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi.
