Job Summary:
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives, meeting sales targets, and growing business through on-ground client visits and relationship building.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of field sales executives
- Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved
- Visit clients/customers to build and maintain relationships
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Report daily/weekly sales updates to management
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
