Job Summary:

A Field Sales Manager leads a team of sales representatives working in the field. They plan sales activities, monitor performance, help the team achieve targets, and build strong customer relationships in their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Plan and assign sales activities in the field.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
  • Meet key customers and support the team in closing sales.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and share sales reports with management.

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
