Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage on-ground sales activities, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage field sales operations and daily sales activities
• Generate new leads and convert them into business
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings & product demos
• Train, guide, and support sales executives
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track performance
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation required
• 2–6 years of experience in field sales / direct sales
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle targets and team performance
• Must be ready for regular field work
• Preferably a local candidate
