Job Summary :
The Field Sales Manager focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents to build a strong agency network.
- Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Provide field support, joint sales calls, and guidance to improve advisor productivity.
- Monitor performance, conduct review meetings, and implement strategies for business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors to ensure retention and long-term engagement.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/BFSI sector.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel.
