Job Summary :
The Field Sales Manager focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors/agents to build a strong agency network.
  • Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Provide field support, joint sales calls, and guidance to improve advisor productivity.
  • Monitor performance, conduct review meetings, and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with advisors to ensure retention and long-term engagement.

Eligibility Criteria : 

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Insurance/BFSI sector.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with ability to work in field sales.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and agency channel.
